The area of positive thinking and law of attraction has been attacked from different directions with the same criticism that it ignores the important of taking action or doing something. This is not true, taking action is equally important but however, that is step TWO. The first step is for the person to be "mentally prepared".
If you are not mentally prepared to take an action, the act of taking the action would be not be very effective since the alignment of the mind and body would be missing and thus a person gets doubtful or feared of whether something should be done or not.
Being a strong believer of positive thinking, I do not encourage people to only sit and think positively since planning accompanied by the right action steps in what complets a task.
When a person creates a vivid picture of how something needs to be acheived or done, the process gets much easier since if it is not going according to the mental image, changes can be done. However, if there is no mental image there is nothing to compare to and thus the person would accept anything that seems suitable and thus effectiveness would lack....
It is a simple concept....dont make it complicated....all you have to do is practice....and you will master it...
